Mount Everest Area Trek

Visit Gyantse, Xigatse, Mount Everest Base Camp, Lhasa and The Beautiful Potala Palace and drive into Kathmandu on the Cross Himalayas Tour.This tour will take you to the Mountain Everest Base Camp and you will have the opportunity to trek up to Camp 2, the second camp that is set by mountaineers when on a mountaineering expedition to the Highest Mountain in the World. The grade of this trek is Hard and will involve climbs over steep rocks.

Duration: 11 Days / Tour Season: May - October

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu Ex International Flight. Check into Hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu - Zhangmu(2800 M): Drive to Zhangmu. Day at leisure in Hotel.

Day 3: Zhangmu - Xegar(4350 M): 300 Kms drive to Xegar, Near Mount Everest.

Day 4-9: Trekking around Mt. Everest Base Camp - Xegar - Yalong (4495 M) - Lambdu ( 4724 M) - Zangbo (4632 M) - Rongbuk Valley (4663 M) - Camp 1(5374 M) - Camp 2 (5791 M) - Xegar

Day 10: Drive back to Zhangru

Day 11: Drive Zhangmu - Kathmandu and transfer to International Airport for onward flight home.
