The Parang la Trek (18,300 FT) to the high altitude pastureland is a challenging trek for physically fit trekking enthusiasts who are looking forward to be in remote areas to take up few demanding challenges. The trek shall be initiated in the alpine valleys of lower Himalayas and move onto the high altitudes of the few last inhabited villages of the region and high altitude pasturelands for grazing Yaks & Horses. With the Blue Himalayan Poppy Flower in blossom you will be scaling the high point above 18,000 Ft of Parang la (pass) to cross from the Lahaul - Spiti region of High Himalayas into the Changthang Sector of the Ladakh range & trek on the lake bed of High altitude lakes like Tsomoriri.
