Nepal: Mountain, Culture & Wildlife Experience

This is one of the varied trips offering a great diversity with tours in Kathmandu of the holy temples and monasteries and other places of interest. After cultural tours in / around Kathmandu, we take a drive to Pokhara. Pokhara is blessed with the view of the Annapurna range of mountains and numerous lakes. We take a tour to Bindabasini temple, dedicated to Goddess Durga, Seti (white) Gorge (the river here disappears completely underground at places) and Devi's Fall. Boating at the Phewa Tal (Lake) is a relaxing, pleasant past time. This is the tourist center where all the tourist facilities are located around the lake.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Meet & transfer to Hotel. O/N Hotel.
Day 02: Morning: Sightseeing tour of Patan and Tibetan Refugee Camp. Afternoon: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, Swyambhunath and Boudhanath. O/N Hotel.
Day 03: After breakfast drive to Chitwan National Park. Afternoon jungle activities. O/N Jungle Lodge.
Day 04: Full day viewing of wildlife and other jungle activities. O/N Jungle Lodge.
Day 05: After breakfast drive to Pokhara. Afternoon independent activities or walk around lake side. O/N Hotel.
Day 06: Sunrise from hotel itself and depart for ½ day city tour. Afternoon boating at Lake Phewa. O/N Hotel.
Day 07: Transfer to airport for the flight to Kathmandu. Afternoon free for independent activities. O/N Hotel.
Day 08: Transfer to airport for departure.
